My Dream Luxury Holiday
I’ve been enjoying writing lots of travel posts recently, so today I wanted to get dreaming and share some dream luxury travel ideas. I’m always looking for a bargain deal when I travel, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to shake the student mentality of spending as little as possible on my holidays, but sometimes it’s nice to imagine where I could go if money wasn’t a factor:
All Things White
White sands, white linen and white accessories seem to be the theme of those travel Instagrams I’m forever swooning over. I always choose my hotel based on its low price but after my recent trip to Paris when the hotel was frankly horrible, I’m now thinking that I might need to start prioritising comfort over cost! A crisp, white apartment, with a huge king sized beds and a pile of pillows to fall into, would be my dream place to stay for a luxury break.
Yacht Life
For me, there seems to be nothing quite as
luxurious as a yacht. A place to stay that is not only all yours but that can go anywhere you want it to? It sounds amazing and if I won the lottery, I would head straight to Croatia to do some island hopping luxury style in a massive yacht. I love the idea of being able to travel to any uninhabited island I wanted to and explore at my luxurious leisure.
Beds on the Beach
These bed sun loungers seem to have become the place to pose for fashion bloggers on their hols recently, and I must admit that it makes me want to do the same. The comfort of a bed, combined with a huge swimming pool, a cocktail in hand and some sunshine sounds like the perfect recipe for luxurious relaxation. To Infinity and Beyond
I’m a big swimmer, so a luxury private swimming pool is definitely in my dream holiday wishlist. I love the idea of an infinity pool with a view, either of the mountains or the sea, before a trip to the spa for a massage and some pampering.
