I love food and I love sushi – a fact which is odd in my family, as almost every other member of my family is hugely allergic to it. Wasabi is a great chain which offers high quality sushi as well as hot Japanese dishes and I’ve been itching to try it for a while. When I discovered that Cambridge was finally opening a store I was so excited! The sign outside the store reading ‘Opening Spring 2015’ has been taunting me from April so I might have let out a little squeal of joy when an invite to the VIP Press Opening of the Cambridge Wasabi landed in my inbox.
